Matted Coats
 Matted dogs will incur a minimum fee of $30. Dematting may or may not be possible, depending on coat type and severity
of matting. Only Full Cuts can be performed on matted dogs where dematting is not an option. Consult your groomer about pricing and options to prevent future matting. 
 

Special Needs 
Some dogs may require extra attention due to their physical condition (elderly or handicapped dogs who cannot stand for long periods of time). Two options are available for such cases. We can either break up the grooming process into multiple sessions as to allow your dog to rest periodically, or your dog can be groomed from the floor while laying down. Either option requires extra time for the groomer to work with your dog, please allow additional time to complete grooming.

Behavioral Needs
Puppies new to grooming, as well as fearful, anxious or aggressive dogs may take longer to acclimate to the grooming process. Please allow ample time for us to work with your dog as to not ‘rush’ them. Muzzles can be implemented, but often cause more agitation, therefore are used as a last resort option. Consult your groomer about pricing and scheduling. We do not groom severely aggressive dogs.
